Hi, I'm Uncle Pete. Thanks for letting me join HD Forums. I'm retired military, had to chuckle a bit when I read ga flatwoods posting in the welcome center. Been on both sides of your comments. Never the hammer and bomb one, did have one soldier though that tried clearing a path in an active mine field by tapping his tent stake on the ground (no joke). We stopped him in time before anything bad happened and waited for EOD. I live in the PNW, moved back in 2015. Let's see what else did that other post say about introducing myself....Oh yeah, new to this hobby, currently have a 3 gallon (probably going bigger after I learn a bit), Just looking to have some fun with this and see what I can do. Definitely not looking to play Professional Hide n Seek with the Federal or State boys and girls. Well back to reading the postings for new members and newbies.

Yep, I'm on the wet side of Washington State. I'm usually running around fishing and hunting Thurston, Mason, Grays Harbor and Pierce Counties.
