Hello all, new to distilling and looking for info. A friend suggested this site and so far there's a ton of good reading and ideas. Wanting to try just bout anything. Happy to be here.

Welcome aboard man. May I suggest you check out the Tried and True. Shadys Sugar Shine is a great recipe. You will find it makes a clean drop. And you'll be able to learn how to do a successful ferment. Have fun and stay safe.
