Badmo customer service
I can’t say enough good things about Badmo. I recently purchased 2 barrels. Ordered last Monday morning and arrived to the midwest Wednesday afternoon! Unfortunately one of them was damaged. I contacted Chris by email with pictures to show the damage. He replied within an hour even though he was at his regular full time job. He told me that he would get it taken care of when he was back at the shop. I received a replacement in the mail yesterday. I never had the pleasure of working with Ben (RIP) but if this is the kind of service that is going to continue, then Badmo is in good hands.

Awesome to hear. We’re now a little over a month since Ben’s passing and for all of the “what are we going to do now?” we might have been thinking it’s been incredible to see that operation churn out something like 5 or 6 dozen barrels since then. It’s great to see its remained a standup operation as well.
