I am looking forward to learning the processes of distilling. As a youngster on the farm, my father would have oak barrels rolling around our backyard, wasnt till I was older that I realized what was in them. I am now taking over the family farm and hope to be able to utilize a bit of my own homegrown crops in this process. I have been away from the farm for quite a few years, so the learning curve now is large with all the new equipment and processes, hoping to add this learning to my list as well.
