Looking for Corn around Atlanta

Post by BadCatBrewer »

Hello HD,

I'm looking for a decent source for corn in the Atlanta area. Whole, cracked, or corn meal. I don't mind driving a bit. I do see TSC around, but it looks like they mostly carry Producer's Pride, and I've read some not great things about that brand.

Thanks

How much driving ? Nothing pops-up around Atlanta but if you expand your range there's a lot of opportunities on Craigslist. Look in the "Farm & Garden" section and search on "corn." Here's a good deal around Dothan, AL:

I've had good luck with TSC chopped corn.
Mostly it's been clean and fresh.

I've had good luck with TCS products here in the PNW as well, sweet feed and corn have been very nice and clean.
Sometimes I wonder why is that Frisbee getting bigger......and then it hits me.

I found some Tucker Milling Cracked Corn at Standard Feed & Seed in Atl. It looks pretty clean. I'll update again after I've given it a run.
