Hey there, Im Rebel
So im fairly new to distilling but ive done a few relatively successful runs, so far nothing to write home about but still decent enough that im not blind and i enjoy what i have made thus far.
Im using a 30 gallon pot still and mostly sticking to standard rum / sugar shine recipes.
Im always wanting to learn more especially when it comes to nutrients and yeast types ... as right now im not using nutrient.
But yea im here to learn and soak up some knowledge from experienced distillers and I look forward too discussing the craft with ya'all.
