I was a long time reader, but I got to the rules only now as I wanted start to post a few questions
So, I am from Europe, Interested in fruit brandies, gin, rum, well almost everything, but mostly whisky and aging in wood.
I tried many kinds of chips, got a creazy experience with a really small wood barrel and finally got my first BADMO barrel.
I got a pot with leibig made from a triclamps equipped brewing kettle and a kind of a airstill (love using it for OEG and experiments based on this recipe)
Also making all sorts of meads, ciders, fruit wines, infusions and other alcoholic beverages
