My name is Rick, I have a friend who has a still and suggested that I get into the hobby, so I purchased a 5 gallon copper still, with a thumper from Georgia. I have brewed a few batches of beer prior to this, but consider myself a greenhorn. Looking forward to meeting everyone and learning/sharing with you all.

Welcome to HD DjRick, Take a look at the tried and true section, it'll be easy to find any number of good recipes to try and they all work if you follow them exact. Good luck OMD
Sometimes I wonder why is that Frisbee getting bigger......and then it hits me.
