I'm Chad, and I'm absolutely stoked to be a part of this amazing community of home distillers. My journey into the world of distillation began a few years ago, sparked by a fascination with the art and science of crafting unique spirits right at home.
My primary focus has been on experimenting with different types of whiskey and brandy, trying to capture those rich, complex flavors. I've also dabbled in creating my own fruit-infused spirits, which has been a fun and tasty adventure. I'm all about DIY and love to build and tweak my own distillation setups.

Welcome, as the largest forum in the world I am always surprised when new members have been distilling for a couple years before joining this forum. On another note I have had some nice and complex notes aging in used red wine barrels.
