Has anyone made a mash with this stuff?

I believe it contains just maple sap boiled down past syrup to the sugar.

Never used it,but being someone who buys the sugar for my wife’s use,you better get your wallet out. It may make a special treat though
I drink so much now,on the back of my license it's a list of organs I need.

I have a customer who makes it, so I may be able to do a trade for some silver.

He just dropped off a pound. Mini mash?

I think the word you're looking for is wash.
A mash consists of grains and the conversion of their starches into fermentable sugars.

Definitely report back your results, although a pound isn’t going to go very far. I’m curious what gravity is achieved from 1lb of maple sugar dissolved in 1gal of water.

Just an FYI: a mash requires grains. Already converted sugar makes a wash.

It would be easier and likely cheaper to use maple syrup. I have made a rum? from maple syrup.
