Good Day folks.

I was pointed this direction after being smited down as I didn't come here first. My bad, I didn't do it intentionally just to dis you -Marshall Mathers.

I purchased a Mile high Still yesterday(8gal Dual Purpose Pro), off that good ol marketplace for a song, and I am sure I will have some questions. I don't have any right now because to be honest, I have no clue what I am doing. I have distilled discarded wine with my father a few times from a bad batch he got from a winery (didn't pass whatever standards they had). So the only knowledge I have is what I feel is the easiest part. I have watched around 25+ videos over the past couple weeks trying to get a baseline so I can even get started.

The wife has a couple gallons of vinegar incoming as we speak to do a cleaning run, as well as ingredients from a still it video that was stolen from bird something to do a sacrificial run, since I am unsure what this still did before it came into possession.

Amazon also has some pumps and hydrometers coming in the next couple of days to round off what I understand as the bare minimum to comfortably operate and take notes.

I also bartered a fermzilla fermenter with all the pressure fittings in case I feel like doing some brews.

After that, I have no clue. Probably work my way up the more comfortable I get.
