hello,
I am a chemical engineer from belgium who took up this hobby about 3-4 years ago. started to make TPW spirit (in a T500) about 1-2 years ago and now trying to make better things. currently I made a "whiskey" with the clean spirit and oak wood, and a vanilla stick, would recommend.
but due to the long aging of whiskey I switched to making gins in an airstill.
I often read some tips on this forum but due to a question that I didn't find an answer for I joined.
projects still on my list atm are:
1 Making own barrels for whiskey (oak, chestnut and cherry), i got the trees but that's it atm
2 make potato vodka
3 make mais spirit
4 make aplle and pear spirit
5 make a 100l still from scratch
