I'm spending this week at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort. My firm is doing a project to update their software systems for POS and inventory management, warehousing, etc.
I went in the local liquor store last night and all the commercial bourbons that I love like Weller and Very Old Barton are just ON THE SHELF. It's kind of amazing. I'm hoping to take the distillery tour while I'm here, see if I can glean any interesting knowledge. I'll let you know if I get a chance to talk with Harlen.

Re: My work this week
Cool place to do a job! On the product on the shelf. Their release process tic’s me off because the “supply shortage” is basically contrived. in many ways simply designed to give the impression of scarcity when there isn’t really a reason for one. I Still enjoy the bourbon though.venkman wrote: ↑Mon May 20, 2024 3:16 am I'm spending this week at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort. Hope you enjoy the visit!
I just read an article about the dangers of drinking that scared the crap out of me.
That’s it. No more reading!
