Howdy folks, I’m absolutely new to this, closest I’ve come to home distilling is a few tastes over many years.
I’ll try not to get political but one of the main reasons I’m considering distilling as a hobby is the govt in B.C. Canada double the cost of a bottle here. Roughly $22 US for a cheap 26er is all tax.
Secondly is my wife prefers a gluten free product and there’s not a lot available and if you find it the cost is crazy.
Not looking to make vast quantities but more a quality product that I can tweak as I go forward.
