Adding a new chapter to my life
To start, thank you for adding me. I am an old style country cook so I dabble with recipes a lot. As a result, I started making wine several years ago. Now I want to move on to more complex spirits. This site appears to offer advice on how to proceed in that venture so I am looking forward to the opportunity to expand my knowledge base.

Welcome, your background is similar to many of our members. For me it was looking for a hobby when I retired but any of our members also love to prepare food, BBQ, etc as is witnessed with a thread dedicated to favorite foods. Good luck and be safe!
