G'day I'm a farmboy from Oz been distilling for a couple of years and reading here for a while finally decided to get round to clicking the sign up button today. Hope I can learn to improve my brew a little by reading others experiences/experiments.

I drink so much now,on the back of my license it's a list of organs I need.
