Kevin Riddell here. Originally from Eastern Kentucky, living a few states away now. My grandfather ran and bootlegged moonshine as a young man in the foothills of eastern KY. I have dabbled in home distillation for a few years on and off. Got back into it early summer and have really gotten into it. I have made over 10 runs this summer. Watermelon and blueberry, a few sugar washes, but the real fun has come with doing some all grain mashes.
I am looking forward to continued learning from this group.
