Hello from the mediterranean coast. I've been distilling for a short time, where I live no one does it anymore. Before it was much more common, when people made anise or brandy in their homes but the traditions are being lost and now everything is controlled alcohol. It brings me to distillation the curiosity and pleasure of tasting good alcohol. I hope to share good times by here.
