Another Noob

Hey all, not sure if I’ve posted here yet but I’ve been reading these forums a lot. I got my first still in January and have been stilling since. I’ve got a T500 reflux column too which I’ve added a sight glass with a copper bubble plate at the bottom.

I’d like to ask some questions as I’ve been getting some inconsistent results in flavour. The strength is always around 92-94% but I’ve had some off flavours coming through in the last few runs.

Where should I post these questions?
