Thanks for the addition to this group

Post by NVSTG8R2024 »

Limoncello is loved by my family and Italian friends. I Decided to make some and used an Old Italian Nonnas (grandma) recipe which has been a great hit. By the looks a common ratio recipe :) A friend gave me 5 Liters of 95% and I turned that into numerous bottles of Limoncello and Arancello de Sevillia ( Flash name for Orange Limoncella using Seville Orange skins.) Buying High % alcohol seemed much too expensive so decide to have a go at Distilling. Yet to buy a Still but looking at T500 which seems like a good beginners still. fingers crossed !!

So thanks for the add and look forward to learning more.

Welcome Dan. I’ve had a couple of special nights in the company of Limoncello, though I had to recycle my first effort - too sweet, not enough lemon…

Welcome to the forum Dan.

My bit of advice, do plenty of research before you buy anything.

Enjoy
