Looking forward to my distilling journey. Bought myself an Air Still Pro (I know, I know, not the most elaborate distiller, but still... ).
I'd been homebrewing beer for some odd 10 years and converted some old pots and other stuff into a pot still setup. Living in a country at the time where I couldn't get my hands on any homebrewing equipment, let alone for distilling, I used whatever was available around the kitchen and home as a makeshift pot still. Anyway, that's past now. Hope to finally get to understand how to make some fine vodka and rum, learning the difference between bourbon and whiskey, and more importantly, making them myself (probably need to upgrade my pot still then ). But if I can find out how to do it with an Air Still Pro, that would be awesome.

Anyway, nice to be here!

Welcome to the club . Bourbon has at least 51%corn. But any thing whiskey is tasty in my opinion
I drink so much now,on the back of my license it's a list of organs I need.
Thanks @Bradster68 & @NorthWoodsAb & @quadra
I will definitely enjoy the journey. Did my first spirit run with the Air Still Pro, and I must say I spent quite a bit more time distilling than what I recall when I used my own 25L home setup. Anyway, no place to do that where I now live.
I'm going to search through the site, study it, and hopefully get a lot better at distilling. Looking forward to using the reflux on the Air Still Pro, see if that really works.
