Hello from down in Texas. I've been interested in the hobby for a while, just now getting my still together. I'm going to use a bubble plate reflex column on top of old keg I got out here. Mainly just here for the info and a little guidance when needed since I really don't know anything and ain't trying to blow myself up.

Don’t blow yourself up! I’ve never used one but I read that bubble plates are great for whisky and rum. Good luck out there.
