Hi all,
Have done a little beer and a fair bit of cider up here in Fort Collins, and am now dipping my toe into making something stronger...

Welcome,
One good thing about Ft Collins is you are close to a vendor for supplies for brewing and distilling.

There are a few of us in the area. Pretty good region for it, tons of grain and equipment vendors around. If you need stainless or copper welding done PM me.

Would love to meet up and talk cider with your sometime. Have made quite a bit of cider over the years (120 gallons pressed two years ago on the good apple year) but it has always came out a bit too tart. Would like to get someone else's perspective.

Apbc, just checking how things have started. We are neighbors of sorts so just wanted to check and see if you got started in this fun hobbie.
