I started watching Justin Wilson later in his career and he was a total gem. From him I learned to measure a 1/2tsp of salt in my hand and confess to copying his past-tense saying of “so, what I’m gonna did…”

I’m not much for celebrities in general, but that’s a wonderful memory to have! I grew up watching him on TV out of New Orleans, and I would love to have been able to meet him. To this day, whenever I think of my love for Cajun cuisine I can’t help thinking of him and his legacy.
