Hi all,
Just started with a one gallon copper pot and have run a few apple brandys and a rums so far. Looking forward to learning more about how to improve my skills. Also ordered a keg still that I'm looking forward to running.

Welcome to the forum. Check out the tried and true section. There are some great threads on both rums and brandy that are well worth the time to read.

Welcome to HD! I love me some West Virginia! I worked on architectural team for Stonewall Jackson Resort, then lived in Germantown Maryland for a while. WV was my favorite place to head on one of my bikes when I lived up there, you just never run out of mountain twisties!
