Started out right at 1 year ago when I found this site after my wife got me a pot still for Christmas. I've done 8 generations of UJSSM over the last year and made some very nice jars.
Now getting ready to start branching out and trying new recipes

Hello and welcome, though it sounds like you've been here a bit. Branching out is always fun. That UJSSM makes a nice drop. I mostly use it as a moonshine, but do enjoy it aged on oak as well.

Welcome btbama22, keep them Gens going as they become pretty amazing after Gen 25
Fruit brandy I found was a great way to get some different skills and flavour if you have access to any kinds of fruit.
Most people immediately think of Apples but peaches, black grapes , plums, Nectarines or pears can all make something special.
Enjoy the ride

Welcome to the forum. UJ makes a great drop, currently have a bottle proofed from 16 months ago, makes a fine sipper with a cube of ice.
