Post by Jaz85 »

Hi all new member would like to say hi. Have been distilling a while have just got back into it pretty heavily. Would like to learn a bit more from the old hats around. Recently did a 60 litre rum. Came out really nice. Anyway g"day all.

Hi BS thanks for the hi, I'm pretty sure I will enjoy the ride. This hobby is an amazing way to have fun and make amazing stuff. Sometimes crap. But can always be cleaned up.

Haven't ran a batch yet. I put 5 gallons on this morning to start fermenting.

G'day thank you. It is extremely fun and enjoyable to watch something you put a lot of effort into start to mature and become special. Can be very addictive hahaha.
