Tonight, I came across my bottle of Hamburger Gin. It's nice, but I can't actually taste the beef.

I got the idea from here. Look for the bottling date before you try to buy some.

Revisiting that link years later, it has been updated and it seems that I might have made Hamburger Gin before they did, if they ever did, who really knows??

I made mine in December 2018.
