Thanks Dougmatt. I have used my feints before, but never to this ratio. I wasn't sure if there was a magic % ratio thing that I didn't want to go over.

I collect and oak 3g of feints + 10-11g low wines (two strips) + top up with fresh ferment for spirit runs. Then repeat - indefinitely for bourbon but it started with HBB for me so I reckon there would still be some in there.
