Long time lurker - first time posting - so have to put something in here.
I've been playing around with the hobby for a few years and after a few experiments distilling mead that I'd realised I'd never get around to drinking I moved on to UJSSM - which was great - but then the desire to try something a bit more complex kicked in so moved over to AG and focused on bourbon style recipes (although I did make a 100% peated for a friend - can't say it's my favourite but he seems to appreciate the odd bottle here and there to taste how it's progressing).
Anyway, looking forward to being able to interact a bit more with the community.
