Hey there folks,

I’ve been around the forum for around 20 years. Been in the hobby a long time. Have enjoyed many of your posts over the years and feel like I’ve known you a long time.

I currently have a home built rig that can be a pot, a column and a bubble plate system too. Also have done some experimentation with direct steam injection for cooking all grain recipes. I particularly enjoy making and sipping bourbon.
