While loitering Ukrainian distilling shops I stumbled across this: a copper insert. Has anyone seen this before? It's pretty smart. Instead of a boiler made in copper, use your stainless steel boiler and put the insert in and get the benefits of copper. Ok, you will lose a bit of volume, but certainly no that much.
