Seems I have been reading and cruzing through this site for some time now and it is past time to become a memeber. I have been interested in distilling for some time now and continue to watch videos on YouTube from various distilling sites. Mead making is one of my many hobbies and now I am starting to wonder how that honey wine might taste if distilled. Anyway, hello to one and all and thanks for having me as a new member to this forum.
