should we re-allow them? it's obviously easy to go back to any revision with a single click if someone messes around, and then i can ban the ip.

but check the "hist" and "diff" buttons. anyone can fix a trolls edit with one click. i just edited wikipedia itself anonymous...if they can do it, i'm willing to try it.
