how do i unsuscride for all post lots of email like to stop trackin all post n stuff .tryid on the unsubscribe an no good any help

There is a selection in the "profile" area but when you reply to a post, under the test box there is an option which can be selected to be notified when a response has been made in a particular thread. Remove the check when responding and you will not receive email notification on that thread or just select "no" in profile preferences and you will not get any notifications.
... I say God bless you, I don't say bless you ... I am not the Lord, I can't do that ...
