You running this boiled still or the Bain Marie one?

I'm using both stills, the one made from the sand filter is used when distilling a sugar wash or off the grain whiskey. The Baine Marie is used when making bourbon.

I have a coal and propane forge, but wouldn't call myself a blacksmith.
Something I would like to do is cast aluminum flat head jugs to convert a HD sportster into a bolt on 1200cc flat head. The sportster started life as a K model 883cc flathead, so reverse engineering the problem should be easy to do.
