The default on iOS is that they update automatically
Also the default on Android although I tend to turn it off.

But many people here are in the USA, and use gallons, which is madness in my opinion. but there it is.
The US is going metric, inch by inch...
I just noticed the ABV calculations are dimensionless. If your input volumes are in liters the output is liters. If your input is in cubic furlongs, so is the output.

I would suggest to add a new module to your app @montersX if you ofcourse aggree with.
When you work with all grain mash specific gravity comes out to be low sometimes and you need to add sugar to increase it to desired value. I preapared something in excel to calculate the amount of sugar to be added. It helps me alot. Inputs are current OG, target OG, mash volume and output is the amount of sugar to be added.
Thanks again for this great app, i am using it frequently and it gets better and better with each new version.
Mod Edit :Add removed

Hi MonstersX. Suggestion for another calc to add. I use the “Distillate to Water” calculator on RAD’s HD calc page quite a bit.
https://homedistiller.org/wiki/index.php/htm/calc ... d14701.htm
It is very useful for calculating the volume to be collected (determines jar size/count) and calculating how much volume will remain in the boiler, to ensure the element remains covered during the entire run.

Cool.
Considered this one as well, it's a common calc to make so I don't feel any issues with including it. I don't want to take anyone else's proprietary ideas of course.

Did the spirit run on my rum this weekend, really liked having the batch diary to record everything in. pretty happy with that.

The post is old, I don't know if the user who created this app is still around... I would like to ask if in the liquor section you could insert 2 or more alcoholic liquids in the calculations......

Hi,
I made the app.
do you mean you are creating a liquor with 3 spirits mixed?

Hi, we discussed along the way about the calculations of the liquor section.... it would be nice to have the possibility of inserting liquids with different alcohol levels... for example if you have neutral alcohol and wine in the recipe (plus sugar and water obviously).. ... or a neutral and a whisky.... queues like that.... I would say that it is convenient to have at least 3 possible spirits.... thank you very much

Yeah that's easy enough. I may take a run at it in the next couple weeks, also to fix the above issue with android versioning.

It would be fantastic..another problem I encountered is the icon that changes on the phone (android) compared to the one in the store...this
It would also be nice to have an alcohol substitution calculation... for example I have a recipe with a neutral 95 ABV and I want to replace it with an alcoholic 80 ABV. Another very useful thing would be to be able to set the final volume of our liqueur... for example I want 1 liter of product with a known ABV, the app returns how much water and sugar to insert... thanks for your patience.
