Also remember that fermentation creates a lot of heat and can raise the temp of your wash by quite a bit. Always target the low end of the yeast's temperature range if you don't have a controlled chamber or some way to regulate the temp of the wash. Staying within range will produce a cleaner wash with smaller amount of heads.
