Its a "Mr. Steam"
Its rated for a 40 amp breaker
8.5 kw 240volt with a 120 volt controller on the water inlet side ( I think that regulates the water flow rate to the element).
The element has a controller of some kind installed on the housing.
Pics any one?
Can any one characterize how well these parts would be put to use and perform?
