Hey im uber noob, just got back from bulgaria, and spent some time observing the making of rakia (rakija* for all the serbs out there)
i have started a container of 16 bls for pineapples,
i need some help with how much sugar and h2o i should add..
i was thinking 2lbs of sugar 6ls of h2o
anyone tried with pineapples?
