This is so much fun it ought to be illegal..wait..never mind.

51" LM and a 24" Pot still with 62" Liebig with turbulator and spiral coolant swirler thingy. Both running on an unmodified keg with Tri-clover clamp attachment.

interesting but i was wishing for some tips. I guess that not fermenting too quickly is our best weapon at this point :D

low nutrients,high temperature,high alcohol can stress the yeast, and cause "off flavors"
to much yeast or leaving on the yeast after fermenting can also.
you can read up on these in a beer brewing site.as it makes a big difference because they are drinking the "wash"
in distilling you should remove these as heads/tales.
to much nutrients can cause other problems, so all should be "balanced".
