does using molasses rasie the final SG

Hmmm

Used 4kg raw sugar and 2litres of molasses to 21litres of water. It finished at 1010 instead of my usuall <995 with sugar. Is this right?
I'm not a complete idiot - there's bits missing

yup thats normal, molasses is only ~50% fermentable.
