olddog is a legend

Post by LWTCS »

A larger than life, roughest, toughest, rootinest, tootinest stilling legend and coppersmithing dynamo.

He can drink more, shoot straighter and still likker like no other,,,,,,,can......Thats right.

I'd tell ya more about him, but he's quite private and a terrible temper. He's likely to tear a phone book in half when riled.

Jimmy dean wrote a song about him:
Jimmy dean wrote:Every morning at the mine, you could see him arrive.
He stood 6 foot 6, weighed 245.
Kind of broad at the shoulders, narrow at the hip.
And everybody knew you didn't give no lip to Old Dog.

I heard that olddog can slam a revolving door, doesn't sleep, can lead a horse to water AND make it drink, doesn't blink, invented fire, the internet, and water, and can kill two stones with one bird.

My dearest apologies for taking so long to get back to the matter at hand.

I was authenticating yet another rumor/tall tail about the olddog........

But let me first congradulate Dunder for his poetic prowess. Whoa, you are like a Hemingwayesk likker makin poetic,,,,,,,,,,feller,,,,,guy

So,,,, I have been able to tentatively, semi-confirm that olddog actually may not have any hands (or arms). He (so I am told) only has little flipper hands.

BUT,,,,,, he does have a multi-articulating big toe (on each foot) that allows him to grip and manipulate his cobbling tools.

Thats right Gents,,,,,,,olddog has manufactured your genuine "olddog" hardware with his feet.

Man those parrots are worth the mint by now.

I have heard that at Halloween time, olddog scoffs at Koji when even considering making some rice wiskey.

@ Halloween time, it is rumored that olddog uses this to produce yeast for his classic Halloween spirits.

How does he do it?

P.S. clearly this is a hoax. Happy halloween to all.

Must have been a sight to see, what with those little flipper hands whaling away on that poor devil with them party snaps like that.

Must have required legendary stamina.

I personally met olddog one time at a train station in Venezuela. The town mayor was presenting him with the National Metal of Heroism for saving some babies from a burrning building, for stopping organized crime in the whole country and for discovering a cure for everything.
One heck of a guy.
(Never did find out how he started that fire.)

That's a good move, Hook. I've done all those things - plus a few more - and they weren't all that exciting anyway. :|

Roast???? I beg (please please please) to differ (just a little).

Old dog is in fact a stilling legend and a copper smithing legend.

And on a more sincere note,,,,, a first rate, like minded brother.

And btw Hook, thanks for sticking up for olddog. Nothing but the best intensions were intended.

All in good fun.

I really can't defend against the sick part......oh what to do?

Understand. No big deal, just making sure it did not become one.

Thanks for the opportunity to call some people 'lazy serf bastards'. It's been a lifelong desire of mine. Gives me the delusion of aristocratic superiority. (And a delusion is all it will ever be.   )
