an accident gone right

ok im pretty new to this and ive had alot of help from rad man that guys good , any way i really like peppermint snapps so i thought id try to make my own cant be that hard right lol, i was half way gone when i tryed this,but i took some extracts and like a big dummy just squirted it in and didnt realize how strong that stuff was then to make things worse before i tasted it i tossed in some cinnomon ........the stuff was more then undrinkable i was mad that i wasted a quart so i through it in the cubboard .....well the next day i got up and remembered that i had a couple gallons of light wine behind the dryer so i took that and the "snapps" and ran it through ...twice but when i was done i had abought a quart and a half really really good snapps......... expiriment seems to be the best way to learn.
