Ive got halfway through doing my spirit run, and Ive had to turn it off due to unforseen circumstances. Now, if I start it up again, will it start in the middle of the 'hearts' or will it start off with heads again. Or, because Its been boiled up and sat there for a day will the flavour change? by the way its a ujsm with 20% malt barley, and 10%rye. cheers.SPIRIT RUN STOPPED HALFWAY
