Apple Pie - Mock Apple - AppleJack

Post by Cornbread »

You seasoned veterans who do this as a "craft" versus "hobby", Which do you find to be the best? I want some damn good strong apple brandy. I drank about an inch out of someone's glass about a year ago, then tried to find the door. No alcohol taste. (I guess that means it was a APD).
I see apple pie with honey, I see mock apple with white sugar, I see applejack with brown sugar. Could one of you please guide me just a little. Looks like all 3 are an entirely different tasting recipe....therefore different taste. Thanks
Moonshine ain't nothing but lots of love and goodness distilled into liquid. It will love you like a big woman wearing a straw hat
