mixed fruit mash

Well I got a mix of fruit i'm going to have to throw out and just wondering if i can make a mash out of it. I've done apple, peach and pear mashes before with verry good results. Now i have about 5 pears, 4 grapefruits, 10 oranges and a bag full of grapes. There not totaly inedable but just getting a little soft. So tell me what you think about mixing the fruit in a 5gallon mash? Thaks Tater.
