Joined last year and never got around to introducing myself. From northern indiana started making wine last year and found this great forum. Been looking up different plans for stills for a while now. Am in the process of making an apple press. I get most everything from what I grow or raise at the house other than some which you do have to get from the store. I've so far made a great batch of pear wine, a super hot jalepeno wine that I think a Mexican couldn't even hardly drink. Lol. And have a 5 gal. Batch of peach settling now. Wanting to maybe make some brandies out of my apples, peaches, blackberries, and cherries I have access to. Well off to look up more on processes. Glad to be here. Great info galore.

I guess a belated welcome is in order, hillbillywilly...

Don't get lost in the information here for a few more months like you did when you joined...

Good luck...
