Im making some sugar wash with the hope of distilling it for vodka and gin. i dont drink. I barely sip wine once every two weeks.
Im saying this because i wouldnt know good stuff if you broke the bottle over my noggin.
Im asking if any folks who use vodka, know if i should run the sugar wash through the fractioning still twice. For example
A reducing run and then a carefully monitored spirit run. ------Or just one slow run etc.
I would hope for any input/advice/tips. Your opinion of what is and isnt necessary is needed here.
I only have one friend that i test my product on. I made him choke on my first irish whiskey attempt
