read only library

I hope someone can help me, I have been so many places on the form that I can't remember where I ran across a link, to a view only library. I think it was a link on something that Riki wrote on VM, CM, and LM. I thought I book marked it but must not have. Can someone please tell me where I can find the link again?

No that wasn't it, but thanks for trying. It was a link to a great site, the first page of the site explained how it worked. It explained how all the books and writings were there for a read only and could not be downloaded or copyed. Hopefuly someone can come up with it, or mabey I will run across the link again, I seem to go over the same stuff many times.

Perfect, thanks Hook. That was the site I was looking for. I was reading about about columns, it was very detailed and easy to follow. I now added it to my favs. and will add that to my reading list. I was hopping one of the long timers would now where it was thanks again.
